"Had to pay daily Park Entry fee for each day in private cabin adding cost to for entire week. Kitchen sink has no water pressure. Coffee pot was not cleaned when cabin closed for winter season so it was full of mold. Went out and bought my own."

"Booked the room a month in advance for the indoor pool only to arrive and the whole hotel was under renovation and NO POOL. I had been checked in 20 minutes and they refused a refund. This was a family vacation and we had hyped up the indoor pool to our kids for a month. It was a huge huge let down. ..."
