"Great location, easy parking, clean & spacious room. Big bathroom & shower. Everthing was nice, clean & bright. There was a shortage of staff over holiday weekend, so some amenities (morning coffee bar, rooftop bar) were closed early on Sunday."

"Pilot Mountain Glamping Resort was a great weekend retreat for my fiancé’s birthday. Great location. We hiked at Hanging Rock State Park. We really enjoyed the deck with the Blackstone Griddle and fire pit. We had pancakes and bacon off the griddle for breakfast one morning, and hotdogs for dinner one night. S’mores later that evening over the fire pit topped off a great day. Jack was responsive to the only issue we raised and it was quickly resolved."

"The staff was pleasant, and it was nice that the staff asked on which floor we preferred to stay . But the facilities looked like they need a refreshing. Most problematically, the air conditioning was quite noisy. It did work well, so that was a relief, but in the other hotel we are staying tonight in Davidson, the a/c is much quieter."
