I want to thank every staff member at this hotel for all the courtesy and amazing costumer service provided to myself and my family. no complains about the hotel, all was amazing, staff goes above and beyond for all your needs, staff is also super friendly and welcoming I strongly recommend.

Stay for the pillows!!!
Great hotel so close to airport and they have a shuttle. Kind staff took excellent care of us and it was very clean and quiet. Fantastic pillows!!!

As always, the Aranjuez was a comfortable stay. We had a lot of appointments and various commitments to attend to in David and did not for a moment have to eorry about our accommodation. Very attentive and helpful staff, especially Sr. Ronny at reception. The Aranjuez has some great perks as a Gold Hotels.com member too. Favourite hotel in David.

Our Favorite Hotel in David
We always stay at Aranjuez when traveling to or thru David. Nice comfortable rooms. Very comfortable beds. Awesome pillows (and you actually get 4 pillows per bed ... that's a big deal for me.) Secure parking. And most important ... an AWESOME STAFF. They have really good people here. (If the Owner of the hotel is reading this ... please let your staff know that they are amazing.)

GREAT STAFF. We are so impressed the staff. Three (3) different members of the hotel staff recognized us from a previous stay 3 months ago. That's impressive. They made us feel welcome and like special members of their hotel family. Also great beds. Awesome pillows. And excellent price.

Room upgrade didn’t seem like much, as we’ve stayed here many times before. T.V didn’t work. Had a mini refrigerator, but was plugged in in front of the desk. It stuck out in the room, so there was no where to sit. Nice to have a refrigerator, but need a proper place to put it.

The rooms are clean and the AC works great. The downstairs restaurant is excellent. The beds are comfortable and the staff is great. The cons.... they could really use a good shelving unit to put things like your purse, laptop, etc on. There is only one small 36 inch desktop. Not nearly enough area for 2 people, both with computers and personal paraphernalia. Also, the faucets in the bathroom aren't well affixed and could use tightening.

Excelente opción Aranjuez David
El hotel excedió nuestras expectativas. Nuestra reserva fue de una noche para 4 personas, 2 adultos y 2 niños. El check-in fue rápido y sencillo. La habitación muy práctica y funcional. El servicio y la atención del personal, algo fuera de serie. La tarifa tenía incluido el desayuno que estuvo muy bien servido. Podemos decir que el hotel está en nuestro Top 3 en la Ciudad de David.

Breakfast is good with a variety of options. Our room was facing the main road so there was quite a lot of noise from traffic. For the welcome drink the only options were iced tea or alcoholic drinks and since we don't drink alcohol or iced tea we couldn't use the coupon. It would be nice if they offered a soda or fruit drink for those who don't/can't drink alcohol.

Really clean and nice hotel. It is a 15 min walk to the downtown area and there are affordable food options in the restaurant on site. The bfast was perfect and filling. Wifi worked well (had all zoom meetings and it only lagged once). I also booked a tour to Volcan Baru through the front desk. They were so helpful in making sure my reservation was confirmed for the tour.

Okay. So there was a wedding on Sunday night. Loud raucous crowd. I tried to quiet them down after 11:00 no luck. Hotel staff did little to help. Party noise everywhere until 2:00am. We needed to leave at 7;00 am the next day. food was limited to room service. Really bad the risotto was leftover rice with canned mushrooms and cheese and I suspect mushroom soup. My wife’s shrimp was greatly over cooked and her mashed potatoes under cooked. The following morning breakfast was a half hour late and again horrible. Run don’t walk away from this place.

Kenneth we are really sorry to read all that happend to you, let me assure you this is not a regular experience in Aranjuez Hotel. We did have a wedding at the hotel but it was over before 11 P.M. the issue with kids and parents yelling at 2:00 AM were other guests coming back from a party somewhere else, we apologize for the inconvenience, really tried to stop the noise and calmed everybody down but it was too late and their noise lasted serveral minutes. About our restaurant service most of our guests love the food here but your comments will be forwarded to our chef so we can do it better for you . We know apologies may not be enough but we really hope you can give us a second chance so you can get to know our excellent service and food as it usually is (and we've been awarded for it ). Kind regards and hope to see you back again.

great location for airport with free shuttle, found staff very friendly. Restaurant food was excellent and way exceeded my expectations. Rooms are nice good bathroom facilities and comfortable king bed.
