"No towels provided in bathroom No hangers in cupboard Sewage terrible smell. They said no alternate room available Front office - prime time attendant does not speak English nor hotel staff Only alternate receptionist speak English - seemed nice guy- comes for few hours. My confirmed Orbitz reservation did not mean anything to the reception or remote supervisor he called. After discovering horrible room - they would not let me cancel the room. "The place is good, spacious, staff are friendly and helpful. Regular cleaning was good as well. However, there were some insects kept showing in the toilet. I reported it and they sprayed the place but it didn’t help. "

"The room was big but was sparsely furnished. The door conditioner worked well but was a bit noisy. The two main things I did not like was there were no towels, no drinking water, and no kettle to heat water. I'm sure I could have gone down and asked for these things but it was after midnight when I checked in and I had to get up early the next morning. There was no phone in the room."
