The hotel is in a prime location: walking distance to anything you need, and it is by the beach. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel needs some renovations. We stayed in a standard room (most of the hotel) and I don't know if this applies to the other rooms with "ocean view". First, the rooms are very small, they installed mirror across the beds to make it look bigger. The window shade was bigger than window and stuck, did not move. The window was leaking (it rained during our visit) a bit as well, but we couldn't locate it since the shade did not budge. In my opinion the room also needs a paint job and not in a good condition overall.

some things good, some things bad
There were some good things about the hotel. The ac worked, the wifi was okay. But the attached restaurant food was very costly for very little. There were roaches in the bathroom which freaked out my wife.

The service at this hotel is quite normal and doesn’t match the standard of branded hotels like Siddhartha. It’s not really worth the price they charge. Guests often need to redial or remind the staff multiple times for basic requirements. Overall, the experience wasn’t very impressive considering ...

Just a note that the pool is no longer usable so shouldn't be featured. The grounds are pretty good and a nice fountain, with other efforts to look good. Staff was adequate for that area and food was good.
