"Everything about this hotel was great except that the room didn’t have air conditioning or a fridge, which we knew when booking, but boy was it hot the week we were there. There was a fan in the room and we were able to open the windows, but it was so hot. All of our chocolate melted because we didn’t have a fridge and the room was so warm.
Outside of that, the hotel was perfect! Check in was easy, it’s centrally located to everything and there are multiple bus stops right outside the hotel that makes it so easy to get around. It’s a short walk from Interlaken West station. Overall this property was amazing and clean!! I would stay here again, but probably not in the summer time."
