"We were originally assigned one room we went in the room and started to unpack but could not stay because it was just too dirty. There was film of dirt or something on all the types of dressers cabinets bathroom. There was like footprints in the bathtub gray footprints toe prints I'm not sure what it was. It didn't smell too good as it was very musty. The sheets on the bed closest to the window had brown spots on them on the upper left side of the mattress. I went down to the front desk and told them they had to move us because it was just I could not get comfortable in that room with the way it was. They were very accommodating and did change us out to a different room which was much more acceptable but still it was dingy and musty it wasn't a clean room as far as I'm concerned better than the first but certainly not what I'd like to stay in. The girls at the front desk like I said we're very nice and accommodating. However I would not stay there again."

"The property was ok, but good for the price. The room was large but out of date. There were some cleaning issues as well-my sink was clogged, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time with the amount of gunk built up. The area behind the toilet was either dirty or leaking. The shower and counters had stains. The couch had some pretty gross stains as well. The bed, however, seemed new and sheets were clean. The pillows smelled iffy so I didn't use those. Safety while in the room was fine-locks worked and it seemed secure. However, the exterior doors were propped open the whole time. That was a little alarming. They do have key card access for the doors but they were either taped so they wouldn't lock or propped open by a rock. The breakfast was supposed to be "grab and go" but nothing was out when I looked. There was coffee. Even with all these factors, it was a good deal for the price paid."

"Staff is great, friendly, ensures a good experience for the guest for sure! There is a tile loose on the floor in the bathroom of the room I stayed in. The towel rack is falling out of the wall. And the elevator is ..old? Needs work it’s very slow. Overall good stay for price"

"This was like the Bollywood knock off versions of a La Quinta Inn. I had no idea that Wyndham had bought La Quinta. I should’ve known if it’s a Wyndham property it will be rundown, half fixed, dirty, and gross. They were supposedly doing renovations, but the renovations that I saw were like handyman going wrong. Where should I start? The elevator wasn’t working, the first trim we get into smell like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but it was on the third floor, which was annoying because of having to take the stairs every time. We got into our room and part of the carpet was coming up, there were holes in the wall everywhere that were hilariously patched, and then painted over. There was poop on the wall in the bathroom. Again, they tried to renovate, but it was more like just painting over everything including poop. The property should be condemned. One of the doors to the outside was literally rusted at the bottom 3 inches up and you could see to the outside."

"The bed was very comfortable. We were able to sleep well. The kitchen was pretty, well stocked with needed utensils and a huge refrigerator. The coffee in the breakfast/lobby area was excellent. The food was great especially the morning with omelettes and bacon. Also all the extras breads with toaster, pancake and waffle maker were available. The front desk was great about giving fresh linens each day. We will be back the next time we visit Cincinnati."

"The best place I've stayed in a long time. I was there two nights. The breakfast was good and the kickback was also good. The rooms are very clean and smell good. The indoor, outside pool and hot tub were nice after a long day. The staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I look forward to going back."
