When we walked through the entrance into a pleasant courtyard, we were very surprised and pleased. Also happy to have private (free) parking.
The room was bright and spacious with three windows looking out over the courtyard towards the old town fortifications.
Would have preferred a double bed to twin beds pushed together, but to be fair, we did not ask to be moved.
We had a menu of the day in the café, which was basic but tasty. Breakfast was served in the restaurant. Delicious croissants and fresh fruit. We didn’t try the cooked dishes.
All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay, especially as huge numbers of cranes flew in to the Lagoon of Gallocanta, the reason for our visit.
