"This is a first class hotel in St. Moritz. From the very beginning, during and right to the end it was first class all the way. The staff are extremely attentive. The room itself is to the highest quality in everything they chose, to tap ware, faucets, tiles, wardrobes, stationary, bottled water in glass, fine stem glass ware, amenities inside the bathroom and bedroom, the special thoughts just do not end....... Very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was more than amazing, the staff I wanted to take them all home, the chef's home made pastries, the service from all the staff and attentiveness. Give credit where credit is due! They have won! Attention to detail at every turn!"

"Overall: 90% positive experience, would stay here again The good: The room was clean and the heated bathroom floor was quite nice after a cold day walking outside. The views from this property are quite lovely. The restaurant is very well appointed in traditional wooden architecture (if you like that, which we do). Breakfast has a good, though not massive, selection. The staff were quite pleasant. The location is very central. The less good: We were kept up late at night due to partying that could be heard in the middle of town nearby. The elevator is very very small. The hotel was kind enough to give us a room with a kitchen (which we did not ask nor pay for) but then informed us of a 60 CHF surcharge PER DAY to use it. At that point it's cheaper to eat out, so why bother giving us a kitchen. It felt as though we were taunted, being given a fridge, plates and glasses that we could not use."

"Réservation de dernière minute à cause d’une tempête de neige dans les Alpes. Belle trouvaille dans ce petit paradis de Semedan. Personnel accueillant et chaleureux, chambre propre et hyper silencieuse, excellent déjeuner inclus. Il y avait plusieurs belles prestations offertes (piscine, spa, bar à vins) mais nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter. Nous reviendrons… "

"We spent only one night to visit the Filisur bridge, we had dinner at their restaurant amd the staff was super friendly and helpful. The heater could be a bit lower, it was suuper hot during the night and there was no switch to control it. We came late March and the neighbourhood was super quiet, no other restaurants. If you prefer to save up is better to bring food. The coop market is just below, you can also stock up there."
