"Just spent a few days at Crown Plaza in Bandung and had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly staff : Julius at the front desk who took care of our concerns, Ryan and Jasmine at the executive lounge who were very friendly , always greeting us with smiles and kudos to the kitchen staff who served up delicious food in the evening. "This hotel is beautiful. All of the staff is nice, respectful and competent. My room had problems and they came to fix things immediately. The rooms are small but are designed moderately well. But it's inconvenient to have to go to the second floor into a restaurant to cross over to your building. I didn't like the fact that I had old sheets. The balcony door was also locked but probably because of safety concerns. That meant that the only source of natural light I had was either outside of my room or the bathroom window. All of the drains were clogged and the filter in my AC unit had to be replaced by the time I got there. I believe if they make more maintenance rounds this place could be nicer. Ultimately I was happy with the place for the price. But I do believe they could do better. Once again, they have an amazing staff and I really appreciate all the service provided to me by their staff. "

The check in and late check out went smooth with such efficiency and convenient process. They always served us with such warmth and friendly smiles. The restaurant offers a great varieties of food that will spoil the belly. The area of restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff are also attentive to our requests.
