Very happy. Receptionist Ms. Deborah was pleasant, caring and helpful. Always smiling. Thanks also to GM Mr.Suman Kumar who allowed extra hours for check out as my return flight to Nairobi was delayed. Lovely and cozy restaurant. Nice place to stay, plenty of space to take a walk. Spacious rooms with amenities. Overall excellent.

The bed was very bad. We felt both the same. The breakfast was ok but not more than ok. The pool was a bit dirty. Maybe because no one seems to used it except me when I was there.

Everything was good, only hot water was not enough I had to run the water for approximately 5 minutes to get warmer, I did notified front desk and no one come to fix it

Old property and things are falling apart. Needs major renovation, food is not good at all. The food quality is very low and one surprising thing is breakfast room service is 25,000 shillings, it means if you decide to have breakfast in your room they will a charge you room service 25,000($12). I find this ridiculous especially if you look at the food they serve.

Management needs to have a serious look into house keeping. I have complained a dozen times about these ladies who will come to the room for whatever reason to either spray for mosquitoes or bring something and they will knock once, twice and suddenly you see someone opening the door and she is inside the room. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. It has happen to me several times and I have complained many times to management but this hasn’t changed. Now I have made a decision to change the hotel and go else where every-time I visit Dar es salaam.
