Great Transit Hotel

After some confusion as the hotel was under new ownership and had a different name to my booking everything was excellent. Great staff and so close to the airport. Has a pool but i didnt use it.

Only paperwork for my check-in process was what I produced for the staff. No running water in the bathroom and no towels supplied. Mosquitoes in room. Nobody bothered to spray beforehand. Checked out after the first night and they refused to refund the balance of what I paid.

Totally impossible to sleep. This was promoted as an overnight rest near airport. The decibles was well over 200. Until well past 2am

Not worth it

No rooms were reserved even though we had prepaid for them. It took 15-20 minutes to get us rooms. The pool was a misery, the surroundings so terrible we didn’t dare to go outside. The food at the restaurant was tasting ok but was not worth the money. All together; not worth the pay.

There was no electricity for thw majority of thw night. The room was auffocating with the AC not working . Tried leaving the window open but that didn’t help either . Will never stay here and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Booked it co it was Expedia. Honestly I what my money back .

The transport from the airport was unreliable. The staff was not available much of the time, still they were accommodating, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel with a pool

Really like the fact that the restaurant was near by, was able to get my food brought to my room. I didnt even have to leave the room. Room service was great.

Hotel in slum close to airport

Good: they had our prepaid booking Bad: asked for upstairs facing east. The gave us downstairs facing west and a double decker dreary view of water tanks. Good: they moved us one floor up and facing east and dreary but much more entertaining view of dirty swimming pool and gang trying to clean it, brought us a plastic table to fit in the tiny space at corner of bed and window. Bad: no screens, window not aligned. Worst: overwhelming smell of moth balls eroding in sink, drain. Almost impossible to breathe until removed, even then the smell lingered, making us gag. Not so good: dim dining room, dim bar, all accessed thru opaque doors. Breakfast took ages and consisted of white bread two pieces of fruit and pale eggs. Ten empty tins of instant coffee and you have to ask for hot water. Whoever built this place did a really bad job and things fell apart as we touched them. But... it was clean, towels pristine, sheets unsoiled, air conditioner howled away...

Not much good to say

We arrived at airport at Dar EsSalaam after midnight. The driver who arrived to take us to our hotel smelled a little of alcohol & we didn't realize until he started driving how impaired he was until he started driving. He didn't speak any English and getting out wasn't an option. We arrived at the hotel and the front desk person did not speak English either. We were basically shoved in room & left. There were ants crawling all over the bathroom floor, no drinkable water in the room. The next morning we were given breakfast. The juice had black particles of something in it. No one spoke any English. We booked the room because it had a free shuttle to the airport. Their shuttle driver who was drunk the night before wasn't available and we had to pay for another taxi as well as bottled drinking water before we left.

Geeignet zum kurzen Übernachten in Flughafennähe.

Freundliche Aufnahme, Ausstattung "Basic", aber sauber. WLAN nicht nutzbar, da der Besitzer die Rechnung für die Flatrate nicht beglichen hatte. Shuttle Service zum Flughafen nicht vorhanden, Taxi musste bezahlt werden. Fazit: Gut geeignet zum Übernachten in Flughafennähe, wenn man auf einen Flug am nächsten Tag warten muß. Angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Hotellet er nytt, faktisk ikke ennå ferdig, og knapt klart til å ta mot gjester. Slurvete håndverksarbeid, uprofesjonell stab, manglende rutiner. Rommet var ikke ferdig 14 timer etter sjekk-in tid. Ganske magert service tilbud, enklest mulig frokost etter lan venting, etc etc

Furchtbares hotel

Unmöglich zu erreichen vor die ankomme, wir würden nicht abgeholt am Flughafen wie gefragt, die wussten nicht dass wir reserviert hatten, WLAN war nicht gratis, es gab ganz viel schwarzschimmel im badeszimmer, wir mussten zum Frühstück unser Wasser bezahlen und es gab kein im Zimmer zu Verfügung, es gab auch kein Klopapier.
