Its excellent location, outstanding hospitality, delicious cuisine, and impeccable service made my stay in Dar es Salaam truly memorable. I would especially like to commend Mr. Nestory, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction are second to none. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whenever a minor issue arose, he addressed it promptly and efficiently. Equally impressive was the respect, kindness, and genuine courtesy he extended to every guest, reflecting exceptional leadership and a true passion for hospitality. My sincere appreciation also goes to Erika and the entire reception team. They were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, making every interaction a pleasure. The restaurant staff were equally exceptional. Their attentive service, combined with consistently delicious, high-quality meals, made every dining experience enjoyable. "A relatively nice place but needs some significant updating and TLC. Bed linen and sheets are very poor quality and seem very old. Lots of spots around the room with wires hanging, or plaster no painted over etc.. Rather unusual shower made out of doors! Location is good for most things"
