Dear Guest, Thanking you very much for staying with us. Let us start by reminding everyone that most of your comments are absolutely Untrue. 1. All our staff are loved and respected equally. We do not tolerate any racial or discriminative behavior from any staff. Sure things don't work the same way where you live in the racially divided America. But us, here in Tanzania, we are equal and respect every ethnicity. If you witnessed some manager of non-native decent disciplining some staff, it was never racially related. It just happened to be that the manager in question was not of local decent. Our guess is, you find it acceptable if it was a locally decent manager disciplining a locally decent staff. Disciplining of any poor staff behavior can take place at anytime. It is never racially related. You are contradicting by saying that the front desk staff are the only respected ones. There is no reason to just respect the front desk staff while them having the same ethnicity as many of the other staff. So what you said is absolutely Not true. We love all our staff equally regardless of their ethnicity. 2. Before the hotel was even in operation, we already had the foresight way back then, that the rooms equipped with a refrigerator will have direct electrical connection, not dependant on the keycard electrical utility to activate the power in the room. What you experienced with the fridge being activated by the keycard in the room 506 that you stayed in for 5 nights, was an oversight by the housekeeping staff that had attended your floor; whereby the fridge’s power plug happened to be have been switched from it’s dedicated Direct power socket to the keycard dependant electrical socket. The reported issue has been corrected and the staffs have also been trained to address this concern. This was a very simple issue that could have been resolved easily by any of our staff if you had just attempted to report it. Whenever you encounter any issues in your room, please report it immediately first to the front desk. There is no need for you to make assumptions or accusations if you don't even know a certain issue can be easily resolved. Just report it, no need to make yourself suffer unnecessarily. We will try our level best to resolve any faulty issues that may arise. We love to see you happy and having a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Regarding the fewer variety at your Free breakfast, please keep in mind that your stay was during the Covid-19 pandemic, where the breakfast operations have been dependant on the volumes of guests. During the low end of the pandemic, we were offering breakfast on an A La Carte basis, where food items are made to order and freshly prepared by our chefs. Keeping in mind, it was still unlimited, all you can eat basis. For such low rates for your room, there just isn't any hotel in DAR that is offering what we offered, keeping in mind it was complimentary, meaning free. Under normal circumstances, we had offered
