The Hotel is located in a quiet inner lane. However, a 200 metre walk beings us to the Suburban Metro Station and the main roads of the city. There is a departmental store and a few restaurants as well in the vicinity of the hotel. It is quite conveniently located for covering some of the tourist parts of the city on foot, though it's a long walk. Anyway, the beauty of Budapest lies in walking and using its tram services. We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily.The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.
