Its a very nicely run hotel.We enjoyed our stay alot the staff made it feel special and nothing seemed to much trouble.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

From check in till check out we had the most enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and we got upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Room which was huge. The amenities are of a very high quality. Small details such as a shower with all electronic controls were very sophisticated. Housekeeping ensured a lovely turn down every day. Concierge and reception staff were very friendly and informative.

Excellent location. Spacious clean well appointed bedroom. Excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the concierges. Great bar to relax in.

We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily.The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.

Traveling to Austria and Vienna for the first time, you have no sense of areas, hotels, etc - so you take a shot in the dark, read online reviews and hope for the best. Hotel Alstadt did not disappoint! Just came from Amsterdam and a splurge at Hotel D L'Europe, we wanted something low key, affordable and cooler. This hotel is all that. Super warm and friendly, great rooms, ASTOUNDING breakfast, included, really nice area, walking distance to everything but not in the middle of everything, so...

Red roses,champagne,duvet folded in shape of heart with rose petals arranged around it...unexpected for our wedding anniversary. View from our window was of river, castle, and old town. Perfect room in everyway. All the staff were friendly and helpful in everyway. Could not fault hotel in anyway. Best hotel we have ever stayed in on our travels over the years

This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.

Great hotel, good location

Friendly helpful staff with good English. Breakfast excellent and free coffee and cakes in the afternoon. Easy walking distance of city centre and good Ubsrn connections. Quiet clean functional rooms and fast Wi-Fi.

Beautiful period hotel, 10 mins walk from opera house. Really comfortable bed, nice local beer in the mini bar, tea/coffee making. Excellent customer service, they even gave us a complimentary pot of mustard when we checked out! Breakfast was included with a surprisingly excellent range of quality choices, in a pretty dining room. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing views of the Danube, great service and very clean. Lovely room, good size and high quality furnishings. Mini fridge with room for few of own items. Huge safe. Good selection of beers in hotel bar. Great maid service. Enjoyed the roof terrace but reccomend booking. If you order a pizza in the bar beware they are huge and one will do two easily. (Pepperoni pizza is quite hot.) Loved the cooked and deli selection at breakfast buffet. Do egg dishes to order. Walked most places and when did...

Very nice hotel occupying one of Sisi's former palaces in Budapest. Located on the doorstep of the city's most beautiful building, the parliament, it is close to anywhere you want to be. Breakfast is served in a grand former ballroom and is quite good, if somewhat on the expensive side. We were seriously impressed by the staff, who were all super-friendly, helpful and efficient.

The amenities were incredible,service was impeccable and the staff were extremely welcoming.

Just returned from our trip, this hotel was fantastic, the staff were soo lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our room was made special and my mother was welcomed to celebrate her birthday. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully presented, the breakfast room is very pretty with a choice of hot or cold food which was all regularly replenished and the staff always on hand to ensure you're well looked after, just outside the hotel are some bars and restaurants making it perfectly located...

Beautiful hotel in a central part of the city, the room was spacious and clean and staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms are soundproof which was a delight after a day of travelling. They have bike hire and a pillow menu which was a lovely addition to have a stiffer pillow. The coffee and bar were lovely with one of the best coffees and chai lattes we've had. Easy walk to so many spots and a ubahn station just around the corner for further out areas made it so easy to get around.
