"We had a very pleasant stay. The food was excellent, everything was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. We especially enjoyed the morning ceremony, which made the experience memorable.
On the downside, the stay felt quite expensive by any standard. Considering the price, it was disappointing that every step in the hallway could be heard, and that drinks other than tea were not included."

We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. "This is our 3rd time here. Cannot beat the location. Across the street you have a market that has everything you can imagine from freshly baked pastries to meats and sushi.
There's also a 711 next to the market that if you know Japan's 711's they have great sandwiches, musubi, and a pretty decent latte, and it's close to the KIX airport.
The hotel also has a restaurant that serves a great breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner at a decent price.
Daily maid service, or if you prefer not to have anyone come into the room (like my wife), they'll leave new towels, water, and all your amenities in a package outside your door.
The room itself is super clean, comfortable bed & pillows, mini-fridge, and the water pressure is super strong. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! The staff go above and beyond to help you. On our last day 9/30, we needed a shuttle to the airport and the girl working the front desk-I think her name was Rayna, who by the way spoke English, arranged to have their shuttle take us even though it was not scheduled. That really saved us, thank you!
