"Room and bed sheets were clean. Male staff was very efficient during check-in. Water strength in the bath tub was quite weak. Needs to be fixed. Also, toilet had a little smell coming out. Also needs to be fixed."
"This is the second time I've stayed here. I stayed in the main building this time. I was really delighted to find a washing machine in the unit, and suprised to find a cooking hob-which was a wonderful.
(They are upgrading, and I wonder if this is part of it.) I loved everything about the room, including the large window. Which had frosted windows for privacy and Blackout blinds.
There is the 24 hour launderette downstairs, which is so convenient.
The wider area has a lot of eateries, I just find it kind of sketchy. It is however convenient but there seems to be is a lot of drunkeness in this area. (The immediate area in the hotel vicinity is calm, no worries.) Its a short walk to Suwon Station and the Maesan market. Again the shopping is great, as well as the choice of eateries.
If you want to visit the Fort you can catch a bus, I walked. It took about 13 to 20 mins.
I didn't try the breakfast, but in all honesty I really can't fault the place. It's clean, comfortable and convenient."
"I think the first thing to mention is that the hotel has a double lift, and my room had a genuine City view. You could see both sunrise and sunset. It also has a really lovely quirky design, which I enjoyed.
The room is spacious, and there is a great choice of lighting. Essential for extra relaxation and restful to the eyes. A table is provided, with two seats as well as a sofa. The decor of the room has a lot of soft wood elements which add to the comfort. I can't overempasis this- it brings a type of psycological ease. The bathroom, with it's double spa tub is a delight. They really have made it a place of comfort.
Staff are very attentive and always made sure I had everything I needed. Housekeeping is good and efficient.
The floor heating in the room is great for me.
The lobby has a microwave, and a place to get hot and cold water.

"For myself, as a solo traveler, for business in the area, the hotel is 4½ stars from me. Rooms are clean. Sheets are clean. Bathroom is clean. There is an E-Mart right next door, so you can really find what you're looking for. An Ashley buffet in the same building as E-Mart. A GS around the corner and some reataurants across the street.
Great Hotel, "
