I rented a room in Dandridge TN and when I arrived I saw what I thought was a clean and tidy place. I was very tired and went to bed and slept fairly well. When I woke up in the morning I noticed that there was what I thought was a seed or something similar in the sheets. I picked it up and when I did it burst open and my fingers were covered with blood. I had never seen a bedbug but I immediately knew what it was. I went down to the desk with it and showed the person what I had. I checked out shortly after and went to the Holiday Inn Express 2 doors down. They attempted to charge me for the stay and I convinced them otherwise. I called the Health Dept. and reported them. Enough said.

We spent a wonderful few days at Jefferson Inn. Very clean, comfortable beds, hot, hot showers, lots of TV channels to choose from. Front desk was exceptional. Couldn't ask for a better choice.

I stayed there 4 days total. After my first night, for my own personal reasons, I requested and was accommodated with a room switch. After I got situated in my second room a following morning, I took off for the day. During that day I realized I left. Items in the refrigerator of my first room. I did not expect to see those items again. When I came back that evening, I discovered that the item I left in the refrigerator of the first room were neatly placed into the refrigerator of my new room. That stuff really matters.

The hotel was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable and the mattresses were wonderful. My husband has difficulty sleeping usually, but slept without waking all night. We’ll definitely stay here again.

For it to be dog friendly the grounds had no place for a dog to go properly to the bathroom. The place was dirty and the bathroom in the room didn’t look clean. I shouldn’t have to clean the toilet to use it. For a 4 star hotel it had two tiny bars of soap and a ketchup packet equivalent of shampoo and conditioner in the same packet. I was told breakfast was to be served at 6 am and the only thing that was available was two types of cereal. This was a very bad place to stay, I was told the second floor was non smoking so I was put on the second floor but the first floor was for smoking and you could smell the cigarette smoke from the first floor on the second floor. Disappointing and Uncomfortable Stay
Check-in was extremely slow, as it took 10 minutes, and during check-in, they weren't sure if the room was empty and walked back with me to check. Really?? Also, the Hotel smelled terrible from patrons smoking in their rooms. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and there were multiple loud disturbances late at night/early morning on different days. I don't recommend it, and I don't plan to stay here again. Disappointing as I've stayed here before and it was fine.

The room was filthy! We have stayed at the hotel for many years when visiting it daughter in college. When we for I. The room this time there were stains all over bedspread, urine on and around toilet. It was disgusting and no one at desk could speak English to help us!

The key didnt work, i had to walk back down to the office to get them to correct. Wouldnt have been that bad, but u had my dog with me & ut was frustrating that it didn't work the first time. The room was kinda smelly & there was writing on at least 2 of the walls.
