"This property was in a beautiful location however the suites were not clean or comfortable. The bed sheets were old, stained and torn and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Nice hotel to stay

"My family of 4 stayed at a on-dol style room which was spacious and comfortable. I chose this as they have a hot spring right next to it and this was a great perk.
