Hotel without service
Visited this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel had a lot of problems, like dirty room and trash from the previous guests, but the biggest problem was the customer service. Internet did not work at all in the hotel. When i went to complain about it, worker told me sit down and wait for the manager. After 45 minutes of waiting nobody came. I went to look for the worker who told me to wait for the manager When he saw me, he went to hide. After for more than an hour looking for the manager, he came out of his room. After i told him that the internet didnt work, he said ok and went back to his room without any explanation. The following day i asked about the internet again. The staff had really bad attitude and even our tuktuk driver were asking what is their problem. This hotel makes it really clear that they are only after your money and dont care about their customers. When we left the hotel nobody even bothered to say goodbey. Even though the internet never worked (and i wonder if they ever had the promised internet) i think their additude made the stay very unpleasant. I especially blame the manager for this.
