Had roaches in my room in a 5 star hotel. Even after fumigation, I saw more near my luggage. Didn’t elgey refund for a terrible night mare I had. Last day got an upgrade and complimentary dinner. In general I would expect more sanitation in a 5 star hotel.

It is not a 4 star resort like its made to be. Its a very basic hotel with the most pathetic staff. They charge for buffet but suddenly change the policy and force you to have ala carte. There was a wedding by the pool side when we travelled at the management was a mess. People were jumping in pool without proper costumes. No lifeguards around. No pool towels. Moreover the entire staff is busy around the wedding preps and even a simple order dor tea would take 1 hour !! The frint desk staff BAPAN has absolutely no manners and is unprofessional. I wonder if he has even completed any kind of training. Final words: This should be your last option if you ever travel to Daman.

The food is totally not fresh, Very limited variety of food, no basic drink such orange juice.. the room is ok. Large and clean, but sure not in 5 stars standard. I’ll rate this hotel a 4 stars too.

This huge hotel was half empty, partly due to the monsoon and partly because it was built to house a casino which never got a license. It is in an industrial area with little around it. There were more staff than guests but service was haphazard and slow. Locals say it is the best hotel in the area????
