The staff were lovely. They acknowledged our honeymoon with a lovely message and chocolate cake

HIGHLY RECOMMEND…Wow! What a stunningly beautiful hotel with amazing rooms, views, staff and HOT TUB!! One of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot! The 4th floor all have hot tubs (only royal suite on the 5th top floor) and we stayed in 401 corner room. The balcony is massive with a hot tub and the views are amazing of the sea, islands and beach. Any room on that floor with the jetted hot tub would be amazing. The hot tubs are incredibly powerful for a massage. Location of...

Kompas Hotel is a modern and spacious hotel in Dubrovnik. The Old Own is around 15 minutes by bus. The hotel is well managed and the staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a relatively new ( less than 3 years) built and the facilities are quite modern. It overlooks a bay with stunning views. We had a sea view room and enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel is located in Srebreno, which is about 20 minutes by road and 25 minutes by boat taxi from the old city of Dubrovnik. We went to the Old City by boat taxi and returned late by Uber. We recommend Uber in Dubrovnik. It is a lot cheaper than the local licensed taxi. The hotel's location was also convenient...

Fabulous stay !! welcomed at the entrance with a refreshing drink, all the staff are so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, the rooms are modern and have everything you need for a luxury stay, wonderful roof top bar, great breakfast, perfect.

Beautiful apartments about 10-15 mins drive from the centre of Split with stunning views of the sea. We stayed in the Room for 2 with shared pool access (S-3) which was perfect for us. The private balcony and amenities (e.g., robes and slippers, iron, hairdryer, cooking facilities) were great as well as access to the shared lounge area and infinity pool which had plenty of space for all guests. Remembered after the fact that there is supposed to be a gym, but this wasn't mentioned to us at the...

Very nice spacious and clean hotel by sea-front, beautiful view. The large outdoor swimmingpool was great, also the sunbeds, and shower beside it, and beach-towels were provided. The restaurant served very tasty food, and there was a lot of choice in the buffet breakfast. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and were given a free upgrade to a more spacious room. The staff was very friendly. The jacussi and 2 saunas in the spa-area were very enjoyable. The smaller heated pool in the spa-area...

Wonderful hotel. The facilities and particularly the gym was very clean with a wide range of equipment and beautiful view of the Adriatic. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and in my opinion demonstrated excellent customer services.

This is a fantastic hotel and the staff are amazing. It’s a great location and there are some terrific restaurants nearby. It’s not too far from the old city either. There were a couple of niggles: the shower leaked and they didn’t seem to be able to fix it so we had to put a towel on the floor to mop up the water after use. They use soap dispensers, which is great but the hand soap dispenser was really stiff and you had to work really hard to get the soap to come out. Other than that: amazing...

Good range of options at breakfast, including gluten free bread. Sauna and steam room was a nice addition

Lovely hotel and room. Only thing i wasnt happy about was that our room was in the anbex building on ground floor so no view, and i do love a view. Residents bar closed a little early I thought. Also really missing a nice outdoor pool or sun deck but otherwise a really good hotel in a grest location.

Felt like a VIP from entering hotel to leaving. Amazing hotel and staff.

This hotel is part of the Importanne Beach Resort and therefore you could use the facilities of the other hotels in the group. Although no actual beach there were towels and sun beds provided on a concrete area next to the sea. Our room was very good with a view over the sea, cleaned every day. The hotel have a boat were you can go on a trip around the coast and islands and a 360 degree tour of Dubrovnik old town, this was an excellent day out and was hosted by ‘Robi’ who was a great...

Very pleased with Hotel Neptune - nice clean room overlooking sea. We were on the 2nd floor with a lovely view. Quite location - staff very helpful, plenty of choice for breakfast, and a good choice for evening meals. There is a bus service just across the road in to the old town, which runs every 4 or 5 minutes, the fare is very cheap. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We did not have any issues and our stay went pleasantly. One day we stayed on the small beach what was nice. Myself being scared from swimming in the sea and the rocky beach is not for me even for the dipping my feet in, hence I loved the rooftop pool area what was surprisingly quiet with plenty sunbeds unoccupied all day long. Breakfast was fine, mostly the same every day, but all standard choices and tasted ok. One evening we did use hotel restaurant and that was completely fine. Room was...

Room was amazing, fit and finish was up there with the best. Sea views are simply perfect (although garden view rooms looked a bit :( Food was some of the best in Croatia, although most visitors simply had room & breakfast. Bus to Dubrovnik is so easy & reliable from hotel (don't even think of driving) and runs till 2am. The staff are some of the best out there, even bringing back out the fruit selection because we came down to breakfast late.... They simply are such nice genuine people....

We had a week holiday with two young boys. The hotel offered a very comfort and convenient stay. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely three-night stay at Salona Palace Hotel and would definitely recommend it. It’s a very nice four-star hotel with good facilities, including a spa with a sauna. The outdoor pool is much larger than the indoor pool, although both were quite cold – not really an issue when it’s hot outside. We stayed in a family room overlooking the pool, which was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the glazed window between the bathroom and bedroom, which let both light and...
