Negatives - a couple of issues with cleanliness (well-established cobwebs on wall and kitchen lights, which was a bit disappointing seeing as we are charged a cleaning fee!), a couple of maintenance issues (faulty light in en-suite, non-working extractor fan), and some cosmetic issues (tiny amount of coffee left in jar, turned out to be old & solid, would have been a nice touch to have some milk & bread for new...
