Excellent location close to the park and shopping districts. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are a bit old, but I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment that was spacious and convenient. The only issue was that the water taps were leaking slightly, and the room temperature was a bit hot.

Great hotel in general that is in the heart of the shopping district and within walking distance to pretty much anything you would want. Can also easily access public transportation or taxis. Bed was not the most comfortable, which was pretty much my only complaint.

This was our second stay here. This is a great hotel in a great area. Labor Park is across the street, it's very nice. There's plenty of shopping in the area. They keep everything very clean. The staff is excellent and friendly. A shout out to the assistant manager, Alex. He was very helpful in resolving a billing issue from the travel site. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of foods and the coffee was excellent. We'll be back the next time we travel to Dalian.

not as good as it could be

They say service quality is expectations vs experience. I was expecting what was advertised on this app. In reality there is no bar - its a cafe where with some lengthy effort you can get a beer. The sauna was 'being repaired' OK, but how about the opening the steam room ? this was being used for drying workers clothes. Breakfast was good but no cutlery, I had to ask several staff before they could find some. Typical of inattentive staff. Overall, I felt it wasn't as good as it should be . Location is great though.

If you are visiting Dalian, this is a decent property. It is an older, classic 5 star hotel, so it kind of gives you that traditional, classy vibe. This hotel is near the Dalian mall, and is near the metro station. It is also closeby the Russian area and Zhongshan square. The only issues we had with the hotel is we felt the room, while very clean, was a bit old. The keycard failed three times. Overall it was a good stay and I was pretty happy with the hotel.
