The staff were very friendly and the property and rooms were very clean. Our kids really liked the snacks for sale and the Texas shaped waffles at the breakfast. We arrived later than planned so it was very convenient that they offered some snacks, drinks, and small meals for purchase. I also forgot my contact lens case and they had some at the store downstairs. The pool is heated and was very nice. The rooms are as quiet as I think it can get in the area. There are some trains which pass by, but it wasn’t an issue for us. We were able to log in to our Netflix account on the tv in the room. Overall, it was great and we would definitely stay again.

My whole family (my husband, me and 4 kids) came down with the flu the day we were supposed to head to Dallas. I thought I’d bought the fully refundable room but hotels.com wouldn’t let me refund. I called the hotel and they said they couldn’t refund us or do anything since I booked through hotels.com. I tried contacting hotels.com again and couldn’t get through to a real person to explain. The actual hotel staff was very helpful and kind so next time we’re on our way to Dallas I will just call them directly for a room.

This is the ONLY place to stay in Dalhart. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, hot shower with great water pressure. 10/10 recommend
