Pool is not heated even though it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast ended at 10. We started eating at 8:30. They just wouldn’t remake any of the eggs or anything so when they ran out they were just out. They would start packing food away at 9. We couldn’t get new towels for over 24 hours. Couldn’t get our room cleaned for over 24 hours. There was a disgusting amount of dust on all the lamps. No racks in the refrigerator. Anywhere there was a trash can it was just overflowing with trash. Don’t let the rating on here deceive you "
