"Excellent Staff, particularly the Valet & Shuttle drivers and service. When checking in we needed to be asked if we were willing to take the 12 to 15 steps with lluggage to our room at the back of the rather extensive property without elevators. "

"Staff was nice but rooms were VERY dark.heater was very loud. There was almost no dog safe space with any Real pooping space. Finally, and worst of all was the absolutely repulsive breakfast. Everything was cold and mostly taste free. Employees were too busy talking or eating with other people. We had to stop and get get breakfast at Starbucks. Can't believe you charged us fir it. Needs many changes."
