Checking in the morning was hectic. Only had two staff members handling 20 plus people. Tried to check in early, but room was not cleaned took all day to clean a room? My suite was still not ready by check in time. During tbis waiting period i lost my cell phone which killed the whole mood. I did retrieve my phone the next day from lost and found after numerous conversations with rude staff members.
