"I found a strand of someone else's hair in my bed and black stains on the pillowcase. I had to ask the staff to replace it with a clean one. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in."

"Really spacious cabin, clean, friendly and extremely helpful staff. We encountered minor issue during our stay but was being dealt with immediately. We really love our cabin, the mountain view is gorgeous and it comes with full kitchen amenities."
