Really amazing backyard with smoke and light show every 40 minutes.

This hotel was just outstanding. Service was top drawer in every way. The street was blocked off (a complete vehicle closure to let people shop and walk in the street). The staff personally arranged for a taxi and walked us to the location for pickup with our luggage. The location is right in the middle of a fantastic local shopping area and is very interesting. It is also a two minute walk to a large temple which was very interesting to visit. Just an outstanding place to stay 15 minutes from the NRT airport if you have some time on an overnight stay.

Amazing, unique experience. Historical buildings renovated with modern furnishings. Beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout. Staff was very helpful and respectful. Highly recommend!

Booked a Superior, 2 beds. You get what you pay for. Most hotels around the Ginza area are pricey. This hotel was reasonably priced, but did not have the quality I was looking for. However, given the price it is a good a hotel. Pillows were not comfortable, towels were thin and there were not enough hooks to hang the towels. They do have a clothes line in the shower if needed as they have a washer/dryer in the room. I wasn't a fan of the entrance area being part of the bathroom. Essentially stepping out of the shower into the area where the outdoor shoes have been. You need to request for towel change and your garbage emptied if they are not doing the full service. Cleaning service is every other day. Other than that the hotel has what you need like a microwave, washer/dryer and a fridge with a freezer. Public bath available and refreshment floor with coffee. Check-in was quick if you do the QR code in advance. Staff was always readily available at the front desk and very friendly.
