"The studio was amazing and the AC worked great during the heatwave. The only thing that was confusing was the check in process. Make sure you email them with when you are coming and they will meet you in front. The address is 3c not 3a so make sure you know which building to go to. The are not on the same side of the side street. Their elevator is out of order so if you cannot do stairs, double check with them that the elevator is fixed. "

"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. "The staff are amazing in being so helpful and wanting to assist with your needs. The room was beautiful and spacious compared to the room we had on the river cruise. The breakfast had a wonderful selection of hot choices as well as fresh meats and fruits. The only downside to this hotel was the pool area, there were no staff available in the area and there were used towels left from the morning that were not picked up from the cleaning services."

"Not sure we would want to stay there in the summer as the aircon is virtually non-existent. We slept with the window open as it was cool enough outside, but it was noisy. Also, the hot water did not work one morning - the staff were unhelpful in assisting us to understand what was happening (eg did not bother to answer the phone when we called down) and no one was apologetic. On the plus side, it's a good location and the breakfast was excellent."
