"The front office person was very rude to the customer. We asked for 1 more bath towel but he said itโs not authorized. Refused to give us a towel. They provide a towel later. I never met any hotelโs front office person is rude to the cusomers."

Breakfast was good and varied: I stayed 2 nights and there were different dishes the second morning, which was very nice. The young woman at the reception was lovely and very helpful."
