깔끔한 호텔

내부 깔끔하고 인테리어도 거의 새것같은 느낌. 호텔은 뭐니뭐니해도 지은지 얼마안된 곳이 제일 좋은것 같습니다. 거의 다 좋았는데... 욕실 콘센트 위치가 불편합니다. 미관보다는 사용하기 편리하게 되어있으면 좋겠네요.

다시 이용하겠으며, 몇 가지만 개선되면 더 좋겠습니다.

구미에 제대로 된 호텔이 생겼고, 다시 구미에 가게 되면 다시 이 호텔에 투숙할 것입니다. 이 호텔이 앞으로 더욱 잘 되기를 바라며, 더불어서 구미지역의 다른 호텔(?)들도 더 좋은 서비스와 시설을 갖추기를 바라며, 라마다 바이 윈덤 구미 호텔이 앞으로 더 좋은 곳이 되기를 바라는 마음에 몇자 적어 봅니다. 시설은 욕조가 없는 것 빼고 다 좋습니다. 깨끗하고 위치도 편한 곳에 있고 주차장도 최신식 답게 차간 거리가 넓직한 편이구요. 개선되었으면 하는 점은, 다음과 같습니다. 1. 사전에 운동 시설 사용을 위해 전화를 했으나 전화 연결이 아예 안되었던 점. 2. 10월 22일 새벽에 혼자 근무 섰던 프론트 남직원이 인사도 안하고, 먼저 인사를 건네도 인사를 하기는 커녕 받는 둥 마는 둥... 30여분 뒤에 다시 프론트에서 마주쳤는데 인사는 커녕 보는 둥 마는 둥... 밤새 근무에 지친것 같지는 않던데, 지금껏 겪어 본 호텔리어 중에 가장 무성의한 태도였습니다. 3. 욕조가 없어서 샤워를 좀 길게 했는데, 처음 온수를 틀었을 때에는 수온이 너무 뜨겁고 온도 조절하기가, 미세하게 조정하기가 어려웠으며, 10분쯤 온수를 틀고 있으니 아예 온수가 안나와서 결국 냉기만 없는 물로 샤워를 마쳐야 했습니다. 온수가 안나오고 나서 10분쯤 시간을 끌다가 다시 틀었지만 여전히 온수는 안나왔고, 한시간쯤 지나니까 그제서야 다시 온수가 나오기 시작했습니다. 룸 내에 가스 보일러실 같은 시설이 있고, 그 시설에 전기 온수시가 있는 것 같던데, 그 온수통에 온수를 다 써버리면 다시 온수를 쓸때가지 시간이 꽤 오래 걸리는 것 같습니다. 아직 날이 많이 안 추워서 다행이지 겨울 같았으면 황당했을 것입니다. 4. 호텔 예약 금액이 천차만별인것 같습니다. 어떤 사람들은 7만원에 조식까지 제공하고, 저는 12만원에 아무것도 없는 가격인데... 여기만 그런건 아니지만 이렇게까지 가격 차이가 나는 걸 보고나니 기분이 씁쓸하더군요. 아무튼 구미에도 제대로 된 호텔이 생겨서 기쁘고, 상기 불만 사항들 중에서 개선 가능한 것들은 개선되기를 바랍니다. 그리고 저도 7만원에 조식까지 제공 받을 수 있는 방법을 열심히 알아봐야겠습니다.
