"Staffs are polite & helpful. Breakfast is OK. Room is clean but lacking amenities. We had to go out to buy toothbrushes & toothpaste. A/C control seems not working well. Seems like A/C is automatically adjusted by itself instead of adhering to manual settings."

"시설이 노후되어 세탁과 청소로도 감춰질 수 없는 미세한 불쾌감이 있습니다. 공조 설비에서 내려오는 공기나 침구의 냄새에서 세월의 흔적이 맡아집니다. 또한 가족 단위 투숙객이 많음에도 방음이 철저한 편은 아니라, 투숙객 이동이 많은 아침, 저녁 시간에는 소음을 감수해야 합니다. 주변 환경은 불국사 입구의 천혜의 조건이나, 이를 호젓히 즐기기 위해 오랜 기간 숙소에 머무르기 보다 단기간 잠만 주무실 분들이나 이른 새벽 석굴암 방문하실 분들은 가성비 숙소로 괜찮다고 판단됩니다."
