"We had a really nice stay at Rotana Fujairah. Everything was comfortable, relaxing, and well taken care of, and the staff were very welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Xiebel from Mozaique Restaurant for being so kind, attentive, and helpful. Xiebel really made our dining experience extra special and was always so friendly. Warmest thank you to Sara, Rohit at the reception! Excellent room experience ❤️And bell desk Sumon and Rizwan! Overall, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay. "Great place to stay for the weekend. However, there were many families with small children, which clearly impacted the noise level at breakfast. Also, the hotel caters very clearly to Russian-speaking guests - this might be good for some and less so for others. The most noticeable thing, however, was how well the staff was trained and how accommodating they were to our requests. In the end, people are what make hotels, and we will definitely be back."
