The location is very accessible; the metro is just a 15-minute walk, and the airport bus stop is only 2-3 minutes away. The rooms are very clean, and I didn't experience any issues during my stay. "Rooms were clean! Super friendly staff always willing to help you out. There’s 3 convenience stores 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel. Subway is a 2 minute walk away! There’s also a lot of cafes and great food places nearby! "

Lobby, front staff- awful inconsistent treating guests NaraMoon&RaOn having eyecontact failure issue(worst manner at front)-at checkin., inconvenient Room ever- wobbly watertap unit, no hot water in the morning, once faucet turning to hotwater side then water flow as dripping, shower head unit keep sliding down, no space for my toiletries on basin area- such an old-fashioned room, etc. Such a shame on sheraton. This fourpoints is worst ever amongst fourpoints in Asia. Better go to Lotte or shilla nearby at the same price."
