"The check in was absolutely a nightmare. The company is suppose to send you an email, that does not get to your inbox (or SPAM box) apparently because a known issue to management. Then, once you get the various codes and try to decipher them, the main code to open the box with key inside does not work! I saw at least 3 other travelers (families, couples) struggling downstairs with the code/key. This experience in and of itself already makes the experience unpleasant. "

"Couldn’t have asked for a better location, I will say it wasn’t really a 3 bed as the only other sleeping option outside of the one king size was 2 couches. Otherwise the only other thing I wish they had was more cleaning products (paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent). All in all it was a great price and we loved the cuteness of the flat and location!"

"The apartment is in a great location, making it easy to get around Budapest, and being on the fourth floor meant it was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was tidy on arrival, and the kitchen had enough equipment to prepare basic meals. Unfortunately, the cleanliness didn’t quite meet my expectations. While the bathroom looked clean at first glance, the corners of the floor needed more attention. The bottom of the kitchen bin appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some...
