"New very clean hotel. Young frendly and and very helpful staff. . I did arrive early morning. I suppose to get to my room at 2pm. Yang receptionist seen me very tired let’s me in to the room 10:30 am. I just like to say Thank you so much, I do have very good time in the hotel , and I will be back one day. 😀"

"The room is clean mostly and pets are friendly. Only complaint is getting to the homestay is quite tough since your grab driver cannot drive through the narrow road and there isn't a sign or direction to lead you towards the homestay. Also you will paying lots of money on grab to take you to Da Lat famous landmark and town because it is so far up the mountain."

But when I went to this hotel, no room for me to stay. I had to find another one temporarily. No one from you informed me about the problem and I could not find any your contact to solve the issue.
