The hotel is like a castle where it thrones on the "top of the hill", 3.5 km from Da Lat city center. To me an excellent walk, some uphill back, which I need when I am on vacation. But that's also the only positive thing I can say about the hotel. I want a hotel room where I can relax and keep it quiet. An absolute impossibility on this hotel. Any door that is opened and throwed sounds like a little bomb, and the voices propagate everywhere. In addition, the hotel was filled with Vietnamese people with children from Thursday to Sunday. And in Vietnam, the kids can do just the way they want, around the clock. They used the hallways of the hotel to runway, with laughing and screaming, as well as slam with doors to all rooms. While the parents sat out in the hall as if nothing happened. In addition, they had reception staff poor English skills. I had to call one of my Vietnamese friends in Hanoi, to explain to them what I meant about all the noise that made me not sleep on three nights about. (They kept going until midnight and then started again before 06:00 in the morning.) Then it actually improved, expecting the Vietnamese guests to be told they were staying in a hotel and not in a private house. The breakfast is also far below what I expected. If you do not have a hearing aid you can take out about the nights, or are Vietnamese with a completely different relationship to noise than what we are used to, I would strongly deny this hotel. The Wi-Fi too is not good all time!
