"The breakfast was not free. $5 for a cup of coffee, and $5 for toast is a little pricy. The hotel was down to one elevator out of three creating long waiting times. I don't like having a gratuity added into my bill. That should be up to the customer. Need additional staff on the beach for food and drink orders. The one server (Gabriel) that was on the beach busted his but trying to keep up. "

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast could be better it’s kind of mediocre, too much process food. I enjoy the pool and the outdoors. The landscaping is perfect. It was wonderful waking up to such a scenery. Reminds me of Jamaica tourism industry. It was such a beautiful scenery. I can’t wait to book my next trip."
