Beautiful gardens and common areas. Excellent breakfast with good gluten free options. Welcoming, helpful staff. A few things didn't work, e.g., front gate, TV in our room.

A beautiful place in the mountains but close to the city - a lovely happy stay. It has a gym despite the hotels.com listing not showing that. I wish the listing did show that cos it would have helped me book this place sooner. Also a paddle court. The indoor heated pool isn't big enough to swim, which was a bit disappointing. The water, and the room where the pool is weren't very warm. The staff turned on the air con unit that heats but no actual heat ever came out. The sauna wasn't at full...

Can’t rate this place highly enough! We had a beautiful stay here in Mendoza with beautiful homemade breakfasts. Great location to town for restaurants, bars, shopping and the park. Gorgeous bedroom and bathroom. Lovely, homely hosts! If we’re ever back in Mendoza from the UK, we will book again!

We had 2 nights here and didn't want to leave! It was like finding a piece of paradise - set in beautiful gardens, listening to the wildlife, complete tranquility. The staff were so lovely and the chef was exceptional, so much so we ate dinner there both nights.

This vineyard hotel has thought of everything, from a cinema room, sauna, hot tub, pool to the onsite pizzeria & restaurant. We opted for the special asado menu which was amazing with our own private chef & 6 courses alongside fabulous wine - it doesn’t get any better!

5 stars for everything. For a budget hotel, the cleanliness, size, and amenities of the hotel were brilliant! We will definitely stay here every time we come back to visit Mendoza! Bonus points for the lovely pool and gardens where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine and mate in the evening!

We had such an amazing stay, I can’t wait to go back again already. The staff were amazing and knew the area really well, recommending us small boutique vineyards we would never have found by ourselves Having the hotel book the vineyards and organising taxis for us was like having a private concierge service. They even organised someone extra our dollars to AR which (if you’ve visited Argentina before) is a total in the arse to sort out usually I would 100% stay again as it’s amazing value...

Clean room and helpful staff.

The front desk reception was excellent. He was similar to a concierge at a 5 star hotel. Researched transportation options for us and mapped out a walking tour of the highlight of Mendoza. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and most importantly welcoming and friendly. We definitely recommend Umbral Aconcagua.

Lovely hotel. The rooms were fantastic and the staff was lovely. It had a very pleasant and calming vibe. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
