"I loved the cleanliness, comfortable bed, peaceful setting & the very kind woman who checked me in. It was easy peasy to get to Glacier National park. We visited the Goat Lick up the road in the evening. Thank you for making such a pleasant stay!"

"It is a very old building, small room, no AC, no tv. Very antiquated. Was very pleasant to experience days gone by and focus on family and the outdoors. Third floor room, no elevator, left me breathing heavy and feeling the altitude. The atmosphere and staff were fantastic, would definitely go back"

"We loved this place! My son and I stayed here while visiting the east side of Glacier. I let him have the larger loft room, as it had a tv up there, and I prefer to read. It was a bit of a challenge climbing the ladder up to my bed, but that made the stay even more unique!! It was perfect for our 3 night stay. We played the National Parks trivia game that was there our first night there, great game! I can't imagine a family with children staying here as it is very tiny, but was perfect for the 2 of us. I guess it depends on how much you like each other! We did have a slight snag with checking in. We arrived at 2:30, but found out the door code would not open the door until exactly 3:00, so we stood around in the cold for 30 minutes. We would have gone somewhere in the meantime, but there isn't a lot to see or do in East Glacier. All in all, I highly recommend this place. It is a bit of a drive to St Mary entrance, or Many Glacier, but isn't that why we are here.............for the beautiful scenery!!!"

"I’m glad stayed there. Pretty. Clean. Tight parking. Tiny bathroom. Bottle opener posted by front door. Check in down the road. Within walking distance of restaurants. Staff was very courteous."

Many Glacier Hotel - Inside the Park

"Stayed here for 2 nights in July with family. Positives: Gorgeous setting. Swiss-like esthetics. Loved that you could walk to the trails and not worry about finding parking before beginning our hike(s). Ate at the lounge restaurant and it was very good. Also thrilled to have a coffee shop, snack shop available. If able to, go to dinner one night at the Swiftcurrent Motor Inn restaurant (just a couple minutes away driving) then walk down to Fishcap Lake (nicknamed Moose Lake). It’s about a 5-10 min easy walk. We visited this lake 3 times and saw moose 2 of those times. When visiting after dinner around 7, it was like the animals were paid actors. Deer all around, birds, beaver swimming, and a huge, bull moose. One of the highlights of the trip! Negatives: a small hike is necessary to get to the parking lot. There is not dedicated guest parking, so during the day the lot fills fast due to others not staying at Many Glacier wanting to use the easily accessible trails. During the day, it is hard to find parking. It was not a problem when we left for dinner and returned in the evening. Our room had a balcony but the bench and floorboards were covered in bird poop so not really usable. Shower was tiny and room definitely was warm for sleeping with no AC (but expected—it is July at a national park lodge, afterall)"
