Custer City Trip

Everything was great except for the smoke in the casinos and you have to walk through it to go anywhere.

Horseshoe has clean rooms, we got a view of the sphere and ferris wheel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good quick bites/coffee within hotel. We were able to try out their ayce breakfast at Flavortown, worth it for food and pricing. Thank you for a great stay.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

The staff was very friendly, the shops were well stocked and priced accordingly. The restaurants had a wide variety of options and prices. The bars had all the right stuff too
