"This room was so cozy and great! We were lucky to get it from a cancellation and had a great stay. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable about the area and the room was clean and well stocked. We liked being in the woods and it was a quiet area"
"Great location for Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer Park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location in Keystone and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Rooms are dated, but only there to sleep. Nice view of Mt. Rushmore"
"Quaint hotel within walking distance to everything we wanted. Has a different breakfast each morning, which was nice. Staff was kind and helpful. AC made loud knocking noise and tv didn’t really work well."
"The motel was in a great location- close to restaurants, bars, and in the main drag in Custer. We visited the hot tub nearly every night and had it all to ourselves, which was quite nice. Beds were better than most and room was clean. It’s an older property but maintained. Everything worked, but the ac was loud and one person showering used up most of the hot water. It was nice having the ability to park near the room. Bruce was friendly and helpful at check in. The only negatives were that we were awoken at 5am by a truck backing up. I believe it may have been a garbage truck at the property next door. Fortunately that only happened once during our 4 day stay. Also the parking area on the side of the property is pretty narrow and one day there was a landscaping truck making it interesting to park our vehicle. I would recommend this motel to travelers based on our experience. I would also stay here again."
