Rip-Off! - NOT RECOMMENDABLE!

Solely the place of the location of the hotel is good. the owner of the hotel is unfriendly and tried to screw us! First of all she wanted to charge a night more than we actually were there. Then we wanted to pay by credit card. She tried three times the credit card out and said then, the credit card doesn't work. So we had to pay cash. Actually no problem, but now we recieved the settlement of the credit card and the hotel is again three times charged! And don' t book a tour in the hotel, it is only a rip-off! In every agency in the street it is much cheaper and better organized! Absolutely not recommendable!

Muito Barulhento

Hotel muito barulhento, impossível dormir depois das 7h. Hotel é pequeno e todos os quartos sãp próximos. A faxineira ficava limpando a escada de metal às 5 da manha!!!!!! Absurdo. Sem contar que o café da manha é péssimo e o chiveiro ou é gelado ou queima, não tem meio termo!!!! Tem outros hotéis melhores em CUSCO!!!!
