The hotel is was ok although our room was on the first floor on the street and very noisy. What really annoyed me and why I will never go back was the receptionist tried to rip me off for 30 soles ( $10 ) when we asked him to call a cab. I assumed the 30 soles included the cab ride and when it did not I went ballistic and got my money back. Luckily we asked the driver before we left. A bad way to end our stay at a hotel that I would have given a 5 out 10 but now give it a zero.

There's portable heaters which sometimes they take out your room when you leave and have to consistently ask for it back as well as the towels, okay breakfast, room service would not clean everyday to me only 2/8days that we stayed there. Always needed toilet paper refill. They did help with taxi and safe lock at night and location is great walking distance to plaza de armas and coricancha.

Bom para dormir e ótima localização.

O hotel, conforme informado pelos outros hóspedes, possui uma localização ótima e perto da praça de armas. A equipe é muito gentil, e o café da manhã tem pão fresquinho (só encontrei neste hotel e fiquei em 4 hotéis). O wi-fi funciona perfeitamente no quarto, o hotel é silencioso e a roupa de cama é leve e quente, havendo ainda um aquecedor portátil no quarto. O único ponto a melhorar seria o odor no banheiro e vazamento de água da privada. Em resumo, o hotel é bom e dormi super bem. Recomendo.

Bom, mas podem melhorar

O hotel é um pouco antigo e seria interessante renová-lo, mas as instalações estão em bom estado de conservação. Os funcionários são cordiais. O café da manhã é aceitável pra comer pouca coisa, pois tem poucas opções. O melhor dele é a localização. O pior é que só tem um ventilador de teto, sem calefação ou climatizador.

No elevator. Very steep steps. Very freezing cold room, no insulated at all. No extra blankets. Not toiletries, not enough toilet paper. Only one channel on tv, most of the time none at all. WiFi most of the time useless.

Me explicaron que la compra hecha a través de Hoteles.com la hacen por medio de Expedia quien cobra un porcentaje adicional, la tarifa pagada correspondia a la peor de las habitaciones en un tercer piso sin comodidad alguna, ni siquiera funcionaba bien la llave de ingreso, no había toalleros , a la segunda noche después de pasar un frio increible hubo que exigir un termo radiador que en primera instancia no funcionaba vino malogrado y fue reemplazado gracias a la diligencia de la señorita recepcionista que hace de todo.... solo hay una persona en la recepción que se multiplica para hacer de todo. Es imposible coger WiFi en las habitaciones solo en el lobby , ademas fuimos testigos de que muchos huéspedes se quejaban de no tener agua caliente. El desayuno muy pobre y escaso.

Boa opção em Cusco

O hotel é bem localizado, é possível fazer passeios a pé para os principais pontos turísticos de Cusco. Próximo ao hotel existem casas de câmbio, o que facilita muito. O hotel é visualmente bem bonito e organizado. O quarto é amplo e confortável, o sinal de wi-fi funciona bem. Quarto limpo e funcionários cordiais. O ponto menos agradável refere-se ao café da manhã, para os brasileiros acostumados com a variedade dos cafés no Brasil, é básico. Seria esse, o único item que poderia melhorar. Recomendo a estadia.

Cute hotel near Cusco Downtown

What a cute place!! It is 1 long block from Cusco Plaza De Armas, close to everything - banks, money changer, restaurants, bars, museums, etc. Staff are very friendly, and tries very hard to understand my broken spanish ;p It all worked out splendidly.

Rip Off Foreigners!!

Horrible, you book on Hotels.com think I g you will pay a certain price. Then they take that price and multiply it by 3.5 soles per dollar. So instead of the 60 dollars I was supposed to pay, I ended up paying 70 dollars. I question it and they just say hotel policy.

The hotel was located a short distance from the Plaza de Armas. The staff was friendly. The sheets were not clean, it was noisy, the staff was poor in helping or giving us recomendations and they charged more for the room than we were quoted. I would advise you to stay somewhere else. There are better places for the same price.

El hotel esta muy bien,super bien situado,al lado de la plaza de armas y avenida del sol,los inconvenientes son que la hab 106 se oye todo el murullo de la calle y cuesta dormir a partir de las 7 de la mañana,lo otro es que a la hora de irnos pidimos un taxi en el hotel y te cobran el doble de lo que vale,delante nuestro le pagaron la mitat de lo que nos havian cobrado 5 min antes,por lo demas muy recomendable.
