"La habitación del hotel muy linda y super limpia, la encargada muy atenta y servicial, lo único malo esque el internet era muy intermitente, la encargada nos comento q era debido a un apagón q habia ocurrido antes d nuestra llegada, eso fue lo unico q no nos gusto tanto, pero de ahi en mas sin duda ..."

No heat in the middle of winter
"They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F weather. Speaking of cold. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm we discovered there was no heater ..."
