The front desk is exceptionally helpful in responding to questions, looking up information online, and attending to guests' needs. "WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. No A/C, but that seems to be common in the surrounding areas-the window did open for cooler air. Food in the bar was great but the service was a little slow. "

"booked a family rooms, asked for 3 beds, had a call with the hotel the week before and asked again for 3 beds. Checked in on the day and asked again to ensure there were 3 beds as had to visit a relative before going to the room. Got to the room at 8 o'clock that evening only 2 beds. Staff in the hotel arent great and the food is just ok"

"Staff were excellent, had an issue with room heating, health with it quickly and efficiently, no issues. I think it's equally important to rate a hotel not just on how well it runs but also how it handles any issues should they crop up. Would be happy to return on my next visit. "
