"Gräslig upplevelse. Det rum vi betalat för var iordningställt men andra gäster bodde där. Värdinnan ljög och hävdade att det var en vattenskada. Hon vägrade att överhuvudtaget hjälpa till under vår vistelse utan uppträdde arrogant genomgående. Vi gjorde vårt bästa för att kommunicera med henne men hon var rakt igenom otrevlig. Värdinnan talade inget annat språk än italienska så vi fick översätta allt digitalt (hon vägrade hela tiden göra motsvarande). Det rum vi fick hade avsevärda brister men...

"This place is amazing. It was built as a winery in 1600’s and now it has been converted into a hotel. The architecture and interior finish is beautiful.
